Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will be expected to lead the execution of medium-size EPC projects from start-up to handover to customer. These projects will be run in accordance with contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. You will facilitate global projects with Danish customers and subcontractors. You will be based in the Danish office in Middelfart. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead the project team, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Lead projects within the following areas: classic network infrastructure (HV/MV substations and substations), charging infrastructure – eMobility, Renewables (Solar, Wind, PtX) and data centers.
- Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements.

Profile
- 1- 5 years of project management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish and English
- A degree in Technology Management, Marine Engineering, Diploma or Civil Engineer within power.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Flexibility to travel (occasionally)
- Technical knowledge and experience from the industry or similar
- Nice to have:
- Experience with EPC projects.
- HV electrical system knowledge
- Knowledge within contract terms, conditions, and delivery terms
- Technical knowledge and experience in the industry is a plus but not required.
- A good financial understanding of budgets and experience within procurement is a plus
