Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing HR processes
- Develop and implement new HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Define, model, and sustainably document standardized HR processes
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize HR processes
- Train and support the HR team in implementing new processes
- Continuously improve HR processes through regular review and adjustment
Profile
- Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on process management
- In-depth knowledge in the analysis and optimization of HR processes
- Experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are not mandatory
