Expert SAP MM (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Project environment: Working in a hybrid project environment (Agile/Waterfall)
- Business process development: Development and implementation of business processes in P2P and handling of configuration settings in SAP MM according to the functional design documentation
- Documentation: Creation of comprehensive functional/technical documentation (RICEFW) including system configuration, technical developments, process tests, process documentation and test data
- Testing: Creation of test cases and scripts for unit tests and system integration tests as well as support during user acceptance testing
- Training: Creation and implementation of training materials
- Cut over management and data migration: Management of cut over steps and activities as well as data migration objects
- Hypercare support: Support during the hypercare phase
Profile
- S/4HANA experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with S/4HANA, especially in the areas of finance, controlling, sales and logistics
- Process knowledge: Deep understanding of P2P (Procurement) and D2S (Manufacturing & Quality) processes
- Project environment: Experience in working in hybrid project environments (Agile/Waterfall)
- Configuration skills: Ability to develop and implement business processes in P2P and handle configuration settings in SAP MM according to functional design documentation
- Documentation: Competence in creating comprehensive functional/technical documentation (RICEFW) including system configuration, technical developments, process testing, process documentation and test data
- Testing: Experience in creating test cases and scripts for unit tests and system integration tests as well as support during user acceptance testing
- Training: Ability to create and deliver training materials
- Cut Over and Data Migration: Experience in managing cut over steps and activities as well as data migration objects
- Hypercare Support: Ability to provide support during the Hypercare phase
- Fluency in French and English as well as willingness to travel to La Chaux de Fond / Grenchen and home office on a part-time basis (~50%).
