Looking forward, SALUS Controls will be moving into smart home security and more channels for B2C customers.

Opgaver

  • The Sales Director is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves managing & building a high-performance sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
  • Purely focus on the strategic growth of the business, a strategic mindset is an absolute mindset of the business
  • 60% of time finding new clients and 40% of the time retaining current clients.

Profil

  • Spoken & Written - Danish and English 
  • Candidate must already reside in Denmark
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with companies CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
