Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe
  • Conduct market analysis and create strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Travel throughout Europe for business development meetings and negotiations
  • Build and maintain relationships with international buying groups and existing customers
  • Oversee order processing and ensure efficient delivery methods
  • Monitor account payments and enhance customer potential across all markets

Profile

  • Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket with a strong network
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Salary information

  • The compensation for this position is at least 90.000 € gross per year. An overpayment of up to 110.000 € per year is possible, depending on qualifications and experience
