About the company

My client operates in the medical technology sector and has a global presence. Due to the establishment of a new holding company, we are now seeking a strategically-minded Finance Specialist (m/f/d) who can effectively implement their expertise

Responsibilities

  • Review of master data for inventory, production, purchasing prices, and reporting structures.
  • Analysis of inventory development.
  • Review and develop a strong understanding of current manufacturing processes, working closely with the production team.Monthly management closing – analyze data, instruct adjustments, prepare accruals, review after processing by accounting. Prepare and submit reports to the UK finance team using defined formats.
  • Budgeting and forecasting – manage the budgeting and forecasting process, work with business owners, and provide data to the UK finance team using defined formats.
  • Financial reporting – update Excel sheets, review data. Manage and coordinate external audits.
  • Staff allocation – update and review.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in costing and inventory accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and mandarin would be nice
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.

Salary information

The salary for this position ranges from 80,000 EUR to 120,000 EUR, depending on qualifications.
