Responsibilities

  • Workflow Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows using the Appway platform to streamline business processes
  • Business Process Management: Design, implement, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • System Integration: Integrate Appway with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
  • Customization: Customize Appway solutions to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience
  • User Interface Design: Develop user interfaces within the Appway environment to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Appway applications, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes

Profile

  • Experience: Significant experience as an Appway developer or lead tech, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Appway platform, including workflow automation, BPM, and system integration
  • Strong knowledge of Java and other relevant programming languages
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
