Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities for the Region and ensure data quality in SAP
- Issue Purchase Orders for generic procurements
- Create and manage of RFx purchasing activities
- Management and coordination of Transportation and related documentation
- Coordination of export control date packages for the shipment
- Support warehousing activities and general documentation
Profile
- Technical or commercial education
- Experience in procurement/operational purchasing/supply chain/ Export and Import
- Good knowledge of SAP R3 module MM as well as MS-Office
- Excellent written and oral in German and English
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
