Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Documentation: Creation of Knowledge Base articles to document solutions for support tasks
- Clustering: Grouping and structuring different support tasks
- Optimization Proposals: Developing suggestions to optimize and reduce support efforts and enabling third parties to handle support tasks
- Ticket Dispatching: Distribution and management of support tickets
- Problem Avoidance: Identifying and avoiding potential low-level tickets (1st Level) and developing workarounds
Profile
- Completed IT diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level) and ticket systems (specifically: Matrix 42 Service Management is an advantage)
- Microsoft Technologies: Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Internet Information Server (IIS), SQL Server, Office, DevOps (Azure), and Visual Studio
- Proficiency in SQL, C, Angular frontend, and knowledge of various web frameworks/libraries
- Experience in debugging and analyzing webpages in the browser (e.g. Developer Tools)
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Very good English skills (at least C1) and good to very good German skills (B2/C1)
