Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Empower teams to leverage agile methods and tools to enhance their activities
- Instruct the team on Agile practices, focusing on frameworks like SCRUM and techniques to boost team performance
- Encourage teams to work independently and self-organize by providing motivation, coaching and guidance
- Lead scrum events, training sessions, workshops and other formats to share agile knowledge
- Assist Product Owners in capturing, identifying, and prioritizing business needs, and support empirical product planning and forecasting
- Help team members to independently remove obstacles
- Guide new team members in Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Create and display key metrics to assess team efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Ensure tools like Jira and Confluence are properly set up, maintained, and effectively used to support Agile processes
- Enhance communication and collaboration between teams

- You are structured and with problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- You are enthusiastic about agile principles, coaching, and assisting multiple teams in adapting to new working methods
- You have a mindset focused on continuous improvement and are committed to discovering innovative ways of working
- You understand the challenges management faces when transitioning to agile methodologies and provide support during this process
