German Standardization and Industry Development Expert (m/f/d) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for industry insight into the local industry environment, accurately identifying transformations in industrial direction, formulating industrial development plans for Germany, and contributing to standards, developing industry ecosystem with local partners
- Responsible for participating in and contributing to key local industry organizations and partners, e.g. standard organizations/industry alliances / open source communities, technology innovation forums, leading enterprises, etc. with advanced ICT technologies. Preparing contribution documents wherever required
- Responsible for maintaining cooperative relationships with local partners and organizations to seek common interests and collaboration topics. Ensuring that our standards and industry development work achieves cross-sectoral strategies and tactics in Germany, unifying thoughts, positions, and voices with the research center, Public Relationship, Marketing
- Responsible for the construction and continuous improvement of industry development capabilities, training and attracting high-end talents, promoting effective coordination with European and global work, and supporting the company's global industrial development layout
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in information major or has 5 years of ICT experience
- Have at least a relevant background in industries and understand the industrial environment
- Have plant workshop and production line experience, i.e. understand production line equipment, commissioning process, practical difficulties, etc.
- Knowledge of industry-related national/industry standards and regulations
- Understand the industry supply chain relationship, marketing offerings of leading companies, transformation pain points, and transformation direction.
- Be familiar with industry standards or historical development processes, and understand the development process of industry standards
- Work experience in industry companies, part-time or full-time experience in standards organization, industrial associations/forums is preferred, and good internal and external communication and cooperation capabilities
- To have a certain influence in some industries is preferred, including but not limited to leading companies, industry associations, and forums, especially in their decision-making chains
- Be able to communicate with industry and organization leaders, and the technical views expressed are worth external research.
- To learn fast, and master the company's products in various fields, so as to understand the principles and the dimensions of product users.
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken), German can be used for in-depth work communication, even in unfamiliar areas.
