What
Workers
Want
 2024

The Danish labour market has rarely evolved faster than it is right now. So how do employers find the balance – or even keep up? These are some of the questions that influenced the theme of this year’s What Workers Want report: The Future of Work.

We believe that technological advances and flexible working are two topics that are essentially inseparable. As artificial intelligence becomes an integral part of our work and everyday lives, it would be counterproductive if the rest of our working lives stagnated or reverted to the way they once were. As such, we sought to uncover what workers’ opinions are on topics such as AI in the workplace and flexible work options – and how it’s shaping the workforce and workplace of the future.

We are excited to share the results of our research and analysis, which not only provide interesting statistics, but also concrete recommendations on how companies can attract and retain employees. Happy reading!

What Workers Want 2022

In the What Workers Want 2022 report we seek to understand, what makes a record number of employees want to change jobs – and what can employers do to improve retention. The survey focused on well-being and work-life balance in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in blurred lines between work and private life – for example, how come that 42% of active job seekers are happy in their current job, but are still planning to leave?
